Shipping Policy

Thank you for supporting my art project! Every item is carefully handmade in small batches, and I take pride in ensuring each order is packed with care. Below, you'll find information about how shipping works for my products. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions.

Processing Time

  • All orders are processed in the order they are received.
  • In-stock items: Please allow 3-5 business days for me to prepare your order for shipment.
  • Made-to-order or Pre-order items: These will require additional time. The estimated shipping time for these items will be listed in the product description, and you’ll be notified of an expected ship date at checkout.

Please note that I am a one-person business, and while I strive to ship your items as quickly as possible, some delays may occur. If you need something by a specific date, please reach out to me before ordering to confirm availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location. I offer standard shipping rates, but expedited shipping options may also be available.

Shipping Methods

I currently ship via USPS. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to keep you updated on your package’s progress.

Order Delays

  • Please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates and can vary, especially during busy seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances like weather or carrier delays.
  • Once an order is in transit, I am unable to control or modify delivery times, but I will do my best to resolve any shipping issues with the carrier.

International Shipping

Currently, I do not offer standard international shipping. However, I am happy to accommodate international customers on a case-by-case basis. If you are located outside the United States and would like to place an order, please contact me directly via the contact form, and I will work with you to arrange shipping options.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of my products, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item is defective or damaged in transit. Please refer to my Returns and Exchanges Policy page for more information.
