Returns & Exchanges Policy

Thank you for supporting my art project! Every item is handmade with care and attention to detail, and I strive to ensure you’re happy with your purchase. Please read my Returns & Exchanges Policy below. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Due to the Handmade Nature of My Products, I Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

As a small, one-person business, all items are made in small batches or made-to-order, and each piece is unique. Because of this, I am unable to accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed. 

Damaged or Defective Items

Some printed items have minor imperfections like an ink smear or fingerprint. Please understand, I’m an artist– not a print shop!

If your item arrives otherwise damaged or defective, please contact me within 7 days of receiving your order. I will do everything I can to make it right. Depending on the situation, I can offer a replacement, a repair, or store credit. Please provide photos of the damage or defect to help me resolve the issue promptly.

Order Issues

If you’ve encountered any issues with your order, whether it's an incorrect item or missing pieces, please let me know as soon as possible. I want to ensure you're fully satisfied with your purchase and will work with you to resolve any problems.

Custom or Personalized Orders

Custom or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you. Please double-check personalization details at checkout to ensure everything is correct!

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are returning an item due to damage or error on my part, I will cover the return shipping costs.
